Information, not medicine — and what that means.

What these documents are

Educational writing for dog owners. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure disease, they are not a veterinary diagnostic, and they never replace your vet. If your dog is unwell, phone a vet — the documents say so themselves, in the places where it matters.

The free ones

Asking for the answer book, the checklist or an invite to the community places no order, reserves nothing, and charges nothing. You give us an email address; we send the thing and the emails that follow it, until you say stop.

The one you pay for

The Gut Reset Protocol is a digital download, delivered to the address you pay with, immediately. It is one payment, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing held behind a login.

Refunds

If it doesn't earn what you paid, write to us within 180 days from the address you checked out with and we refund it in full. Nothing to post back — it is a download. Approved refunds return to the card that paid; how fast it posts is your bank's business, not ours.

Using these pages

By asking for a document or continuing to checkout you accept these terms and the privacy page beside them. Nothing here limits a right you have under the consumer law where you live.
